I had problems with an Epson printer which suddenly refused to swallow paper. I phoned W A Huttons and spoke to a helpful guy who gave me a number of options to try, and explained the pricing policy if I wanted to bring it in to them. I did so, and just two days later I had a phone call to say the printer was now working and that there would be no further charge. Everyone I met or spoke to was courteous and helpful and the whole experience has been very positive. Well done!
